Romelu Lukaku has been selected for Belgium's World Cup squad for the fourth consecutive time, earning a spot despite a season plagued by injuries at Napoli. The 31-year-old striker joins veteran teammates Kevin De Bruyne and Thibaut Courtois as Belgium prepares to compete in Group G.

Lukaku's inclusion comes as something of a surprise given his limited playing time this season. He has struggled with muscle problems and has only made a handful of appearances for the Italian side.
